🍁 Thankful Hearts • Day 5 • November 5 🍁
“O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.”
— Psalm 118:1 (KJV)
This has always been one of my favorite psalms. I love how simply it gives us a reason to be thankful. God is good, and His mercy lasts forever.
Some days, gratitude comes easily. On days when my heart is a little heavier, I’m especially glad to have these words to come back to. They remind me that I can bring my worries to God and still thank Him for the goodness I see in the middle of an ordinary day. 💛
